Organization of the paint shop

AGGLOMERATE has launched new paint shops in the cities of Lyubertsy, Ryazan, Mozhaisk. Thanks to the fast and efficient work of our team, we were able to organize the work of the workshops in just 2 months. The total area is 9,700 square meters and it specializes in the protective treatment of metal structures.

The capacity of the workshops allows us to process up to three thousand tons of metal structures per month. To do this, we employ 250 highly qualified employees who ensure uninterrupted operation of each workshop around the clock, 7 days a week. The filling shops are equipped with modern equipment. Each includes 7 units of painting equipment, which allow you to apply high-quality and resistant coatings to metal structures. In addition, there are also 2 powerful compressors, providing the necessary pressure for painting, and 3 crane beams, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of structures.

The workshop in Lyubertsy was organized by order of the Moscow Oil Refinery for the implementation of a hydrocracking plant and a hydrogen production plant. We are proud that we have been entrusted with such an important task and are fully prepared to provide high-quality processing and painting of metal structures for this project.
